Privacy Policy

Ola Web Design ("we") builds websites for clients. This page explains the data we collect when you use the site, the configurator, and the client portal.

Data we collect

• From your Google account when you sign in: your name, email address, and profile photo. We get no access to your password, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data.
• From the contact form: your name, email, WhatsApp number if you give one, and your message.
• From your order: the theme and features you chose, notes about your business, and your WhatsApp number if you give one.
• Payment data: the date and amount of the transfers you confirm. We do not store your card number or your bank account details.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

What we use it for

• Processing orders, issuing invoices, and recording payments.
• Contacting you by email or WhatsApp about your order and the work on your website.
• Showing your orders and invoices in the client portal.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. It is only processed by the services we use to run this site: Google (sign-in), our hosting and storage providers, and our email delivery provider.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept for as long as it is needed for the service and for bookkeeping. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; data we are required to keep for bookkeeping is kept to the minimum.
