Terms of Service

Orders and prices

• Prices in the configurator are estimates. An order becomes binding once we confirm it and issue an invoice.
• The feature prices recorded on your order do not change, even if our price list changes afterwards.
• "Custom" features are priced after a consultation.
• Themes in the gallery are concept designs. Content, colours, and details are adapted to your business.

Payment

• Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice.
• Work starts once we receive the 50% down payment. The rest is billed on a settlement invoice before the website is handed over.
• Invoices are due 7 days after they are issued.

Domain and hosting

The base package includes a domain and hosting for 1 year. Renewal for the following years is billed separately.

Cancellation

Unpaid orders can be cancelled at any time. For orders that are partly paid, contact us to discuss the work already done.
